Ampersand Flowers offers professional assistance with all things wedding: wedding flowers, wedding planning, wedding coordinating, wedding officiating, and so much more!

Ask anyone who's gotten married recently, and they'll probably tell you that hiring a day-of coordinator was the best money they spent. Coordinators manage the ceremony and reception so that you can relax and enjoy the wedding that you've worked so hard to plan. Even perfectly executed weddings will have a few hiccups. But good coordinators know how to anticipate problems—and solve them before they actually become problems.

Our coordinating packages start at $749. This base price includes creating a day-of timeline, setting up your decor, making sure vendors know where to go and what to do when they arrive, and more. It also includes unlimited emails, so you can ask us any questions that might come up at any point during the planning process.

Our minimum is $1000 (plus applicable taxes and fees). For reference, our smallest bouquet is $79, a boutonniere is $19, and a simple centerpiece is $49 (for 3 bud vases + 3 votives). As you're gathering and saving inspiration photos on Pinterest, please keep in mind that most of what you see is very, very, very expensive. Everyone underestimates how expensive flowers are. But we promise to help you stick to your budget and make suggestions for where to save and where to spurge.

Here’s how it all works: Please send us an email to request a quote, and we’ll send you a list of detailed questions to help us get a better idea of your vision. Once we have your answers back, we’ll start working on your custom quote. Please note there's a two- to three-week wait list, so thank you in advance for your patience! Then, after you review the quote, we're happy to set up a consultation (usually via Zoom) to go over everything in detail, make any changes, and answer any questions.

Let us know when you're ready to book your wedding date with us, and we'll email you a contract that you can sign electronically. With that, we'll also send a link to pay the 50% booking fee online. The remaining balance (plus any add-ons) will be due 30 days prior to your wedding date. Please note that a brief consultation (usually via phone or Zoom) is required for any and all coordinating, planning, and/or officiating clients.
